About the Speaker:
Steve attended Cal Poly and returned home to begin farming with his father (Mello Farms, Inc.) where he gained additional farming skills not taught by books. He is now passing that knowledge onto his son, Gary.
Steve is the Chairman of the North Delta Water Agency.

He has reported and spoken with California Water officials and has been sought after by various news agencies for his knowledge of Delta water information both past and present. He will be speaking to our club about the current Delta drought conditions and water supply.
