According to Dr. Brett's website, their services include Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, and Corrective Exercise. 

Dr. Brett has been passionately helping patients since graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic- West in 1989. Over the past 30 years, he has sought out specialized training from leading authorities in the field of manual therapy of rehabilitative science. His integration of traditional chiropractic with reflex locomotion, soft tissue therapy and advanced stabilization techniques allows for better outcomes for patients suffering with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.

Dr. Brett has over 500 hours of post-graduate training through Southern California Health Sciences University with emphasis on diagnosis and treatment of functional pathologies of the locomotor system.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He most recently (July 2021) earned his Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathic Manual Therapy which allows him to provide a broader scope of treatment to more complex neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Brett has been serving Sacramento, Elk Grove, and San Joaquin County with high level Chiropractic and diverse manual therapies for the past 35 years.  He shares his practice with his wife, Dr. Nancy, wo is also a Chiropractor and Certified Personal Trainer.  Together, with their staff, they offer a comprehensive approach to ther patients' varied needs.  They are not your typical Chiropractic Office.

Dr. Brett's toolbox for helping his patientsis extensive.  His commtment to providing thorough and effective care continuously promptshim to study and delve into the latest advances in manual medicine and rehabilitative therapies.  Along with 300 hours of post-graduate trainnig in manual therapies, he is certified in Active Releas Therapy (ART) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)>  Mst recently, he earned his B.S. in Osteopathic Manual Therapy.  All of these techniques have greatly influened the types of conditions that he si able to treat conservatively including Sinu problems, GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux) and breathing issues to name a few.

Wth a wealth of experiences and expertise, Dr. Brett enjoys treating a diverse range of patients from "cradle to grave".  His philosophy enters on the belief that everyone can "Move Well, Feel Well, and Live Well" when they get the care they need and they mae it a prioriy!

Dr. Brett is an avid swimmer and a long time (25 years plus!) coach for the Laguna Creek Gators Swim Team and certified USA swim coach. He has been married to his wife and business partner, Nancy Lemire D.C., since 1992 and they have 2 sons. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, staying fit, weight training, hiking, fishing and keeping up with the latest advances in manual medicine.
